Field Service
Mineworks Group provides expert field service solutions for the mining, civil, earthmoving and construction industries. The Field Service technicians cover all facets of equipment maintenance and are operated by Mineworks’ most highly-skilled tradesmen.
The six fully-equipped Field Service vehicles are available on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are available to service and repair machinery across WA – no matter where or when. Call 1300 696 757 if you have an on-site equipment emergency – anytime!
The vehicles are fully tooled up, with everything from hydraulic lifting gear to software support. The teams are all qualified to provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) services for all major equipment brands.
In addition to providing Field Service Emergency call-outs, the Field Service units are also available to provide scheduled on-site maintenance for all types of equipment. Because the service is provided on-site, it reduces downtime, enabling the machine to get back to work quickly.
Mineworks Group Field Services also provide emergency labour support for our entire fleet of hire equipment clients.
