John Gallop – Managing Director, Mineworks Group | MAICD
John Gallop’s entrepreneurial spirit, his extensive industry experience and trade qualifications were the impetus to establish Mineworks in 2001. Since then, John has developed the organization to become what it is today, Mineworks Group. John firmly believes in Mineworks’ ability to support the mining industry in all areas – and is adamant that it can only be done with consistent high quality client service.
Sharon Brown – Accounts Manager, Mineworks Group
Sharon Brown’s enthusiasm, combined with her wealth of experience in financial and business management is providing a sound economic base for the continued growth of Mineworks.
Adrian Hughes – Business Development Manager, Hire & Sales
Adrian Hughes joined the Mineworks group at the start of 2009. Bringing with him an extensive amount of experience, technical knowledge and field experience. Adrian began as a field technician, moved into a supervisors role until moving forward and becoming an area sales manager. Now, as a BDM, Adrian has joined a fantastic team to ensure continued business growth and development.
Grant Walton – General Manager, Mineworks Innovation
Grant Walton joined the Mineworks Group in 2008, bringing with him 15 years of experience in the hire, sale and procurement of capital equipment for the mining and construction industries. Grant’s focus on customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude will see the continued development of Mineworks Group.
Paul McKenna – Manager, Workshop Services
Paul McKenna’s proficiency in a wide range of electrical services has been built up over 10 years of service to the mining industry. Paul’s skills are matched by his energy and dedication to developing the best solutions for his customers.
Ted Gallop – General Manager, Labour Hire
Ted joined the Mineworks Group in 2010 to lead the newly established labour hire division. With a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA Ted has a particular interest in human resource management and leadership development – both of which will be valuable assets as the labour hire business develops and expands.
